This shotgun belongs to a local police officer. He deployed with the military for a year and gave the weapon to a friend for safekeeping while he was away. He returned to find that the shotgun was stored in his friend’s trunk for the entire year, and had been damaged severely with surface rust and pitting. We have spent quite a while on this shotgun. It is the Mossberg SPX 12 gauge tactical, Semi-Automatic tactical shotgun. The gun comes stock with a sport forend which we did not care for. We replaced stock forend with the one you see here which has three picatanny rails. It is a much needed improvement for this gun, and adds the new picatany rail system in order to mount accessories such as a weapons light and/or laser. I am quite pleased...
